Exhibit Application

Exhibit Requirement: Mode Accessories is trade show open to registered businesses and suppliers of fashion accessories and fashion items. Show Management retains the right to accept or decline an application based on factors including product quality, originality, suitability, creative and professional booth display, etc. Please note that counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.

Exhibit Cost: $19 per square foot. (2017 rate). Corner Charge: $200 per corner. Each booth unit is generally 80 square feet.

How To Apply: Both the Spring (January) and Fall (August) Editions of the Mode Accessories Show are in a sold-out position with a Waiting List for exhibit space. Any available booth space will be allocated to companies already on the Wait List.

Companies interested in acquiring exhibit space must complete a "Wait List Application" (see bottom of page) and submit a brief summary of company and product information along with a photo. A non-refundable registration fee of $100 plus HST(13%) is required with the application.

Companies on the "Wait List" will be eligible for available exhibit space based on a point system accumulated through the length of wait (1 point per month), product originality and quality, booth display, and trade show experience. Exhibit space, if available, will be offered first to the company with the most points.

Please note that current exhibitors will have priority to renew exhibit space. After exhibitors have confirmed their space requirements, any available exhibit space will then be opened to companies on the "Wait List". Currently, the estimated wait-time is 3-6 months.
