The Exhibitor Kit contains the Exhibitor Manual detailing set-up and dismantling procedures, as well as all the service order forms. To ensure a smooth move-in, and to avoid unnecessary surcharges from the service providers, it is important to review the manual and pass on the information to persons responsible for the set-up of your display. (The manual and forms listed below are for references only from the August 2017 show. The Exhibitor kit for the August 2018 show will be available in June 2018.)
Stronco Show Services has been appointed as the official show contractor and is equipped to handle every aspect of services including furniture and display rental, graphics and signage, freight transport, labour, audio, power and lighting. Please see the Stronco Services Brochure below for details.

Registration for Exhibitor Badges begins May 1, 2018. You can self-print your Exhibitor badges once you have completed the registration process. Bring your badges to the show and pick up the badge holders. It's fast and easy!
