
Exhibit Requirement: Applicant must have appropriate fashion
and accessory products. Mode Accessories is a non-juried show
and there are no membership requirements.
Exhibit Cost: $15.45 per square foot. (2008
Rate). Corner Charge: $175 per corner. Each booth
unit is generally 80 square feet.
How To Apply: The Toronto
Mode Accessories Show is in a sold-out position with an
extensive waiting list for exhibit space. Interested
companies must complete a 'Waiting List Application' and submit
a brief summary of company and product information along with a
photo to complete the registration on the waiting list. A
non-refundable registration fee of $100 plus GST is required
with the application.
Companies registered on the "Waiting List"
will be eligible for exhibit space based on a point system
which reviews the length of wait (1 point per month on the
waiting list), product originality and
quality, booth display, trade show experience, Calgary show
participation (5 points per show), sponsorship or advertising participation
(5 points), etc.
Please note that renewing exhibitors will have priority
to available exhibit space. After exhibitors have confirmed
their space requirements, any available exhibit space will
then be opened to companies on the "Waiting List".
Each edition of the Toronto Mode
Accessories Show is over 95% booked from exhibitor
renewals.
Currently, the estimated wait-time is 24 - 36 months.
